3 Entenmann's All Butter Loaf Cake Cakes
2 Cans (20 oz.) Crushed Pineapple
2 packages Cook & Serve Vanilla Pudding
1 Container (8 oz.) Whipped Topping
Fresh Fruit for garnish
Place crushed pineapple in medium sauce pan to simmer - do not boil.
Prepare Jello pudding according to package directions and let cool.
Cut the ends off each of the Entenmann's All Butter Loaves and slice each in half lengthwise. Place side by side in a 13 x 9 glass baking dish. If necessary, cut and fit the remaining ends into the pan so that the bottom is completely covered.
Poke holes in the loaves with a fork and gently pour half of the heated pineapple liquid over the loaves. Then spoon the pineapple over the top and cover with the cooled vanilla pudding, making sure to evenly cover the entire baking dish.
Refrigerate at least 20 minutes. When chilled, cover pudding with whipped topping and decorate with fresh fruit as desired.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
