Chocolate Dipped Jam Fingers

Ingredients:

1 Entenmann's All Butter Loaf Cake
2 oz. (2 squares) Semi-sweet Chocolate, melted
Jam or Jelly

Directions:

Trim top and bottom of cake.  Slice cake into 4 lengthwise layers.  Spread jam between the layers and reassemble the cake.  Trim sides.  Cut filled cake into 10 - 12 slices.  Cut each slice in half to make 2 ribbon fingers.  Using a small spatula or knife, spread one side of each "finger" with melted chocolate.  Cool chocolate side up.

Makes about 20 fingers.
