Brownie Party Pops

Ingredients:

1 Box Entenmann's Little Bites Brownies
2 Tablespoons Butter
20 regular size Marshmallows
2-1/2 Cups Crispy Rice Cereal
1 Tablespoon Butter
10 Caramel Candies
1 Tablespoon Milk
1/2 Cup Pecans Chopped
1/2 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
3/4 Cup Shredded or Flaked Coconut
1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
1 (4 oz.) Container Multicolored Nonpareils

Directions:

In a large microwave safe bowl, melt butter at high power for 15 seconds. Add marshmallows and microwave at high power for about 30 seconds or until soft and stir until marshmallows are completely melted.

Stir in 30 Little Bites Brownies until sauce is chocolate colored. Add in 2 cups cereal until well coated. Stir in remaining cereal and remaining Little Bites Brownies until crumbly.

With buttered hands, form into 24 balls.

Suggestions for decorating:
In a small microwave safe bowl, cook caramels and milk on high power in microwave for 35 seconds, stir until smooth. Place 6 brownie balls in caramel to coat; remove and roll in 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Chill in refrigerator; insert 5" candy stick into each pop.

Yield: 6 pops

In a small microwave safe bowl, cook 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips in microwave oven for 45 seconds on high power until soft and melted; stir until smooth. Toss and spread over 6 brownie balls; roll to coat with 3/4 cup flaked coconut. Chill in refrigerator; insert 5” candy stick into each pop.
Yield: 6 pops

In a small saucepan, cook 1 cup white chocolate chips over medium heat until melted, stirring until smooth. Toss and spread over 12 brownie balls; roll over desired colored sprinkles to coat thickly. Chill in refrigerator; insert 5” candy stick into each pop. Yield: 12 pops

General Directions:
To decorate pops, as desired, coat with caramel or selected melted chocolate; roll in chopped nuts, coconut, or colored sprinkles. Insert 5” candy stick into each pop; chill in refrigerator to firm.
Yield: 24 snacks
