Berry Bruchetta Cake Stacks

1 Entenmann's All Butter Loaf Cake
4 Tablespoons Lemon Curd
4 Tablespoons Blackberries
4 Tablespoons Orange Marmalade
4 Tablespoons Raspberries
4 Tablespoons Frozen Whipped Topping, thawed
4 Teaspoons Créme Fraiche or Sour Cream
2 Large Strawberries, halved
Garnish Cinnamon-Sugar and Mint Leaves (optional)
Cut the Entenmann's All Butter Loaf Cake into 12 slices, then cut each slice into shapes of your choice (rounds, triangles, stars, etc.) making sure you have 3 of each shape.
Grill the slices for 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned and grill marks appear.
To assemble, place 1 slice on each of 4 dessert plates. Top with the lemon curd and blackberries. Place another slice on top, spread with marmalade and raspberries. Cover with a 3rd slice.
Combine the whipped topping and créme fraiche and place a dollop on top. Add a strawberry half and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Decorate with mint leaves, if desired.
