Ingredients:

1 Entenmann's All Butter Loaf Cake, sliced
1 Quart Fresh Strawberries, washed and quartered
1 Quart Heavy Whipping Cream
4 Cups Sugar
1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Dessert Wine

Directions:

Combine heavy whipping cream with sugar and mix together. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and continue to whip until thickened.

In a separate bowl, mix strawberries with 1 cup sugar. Add dessert wine to cover.

To serve, pour strawberries over sliced loaf cake, and top with whipped cream.
