Ingredients:

1 Entenmann's All Butter Loaf Cake, sliced 1" thick
1 Pint Fresh Strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced lengthways
1 Pint Fresh Blueberries, washed and well picked over
Heavy cream
Pure Vanilla (or your favorite fruit liqueur)

Directions:

Whip heavy cream and vanilla (or liqueur) together to form whipped cream.

Place cake slices on individual plates and top generously with fresh berries.

Add a large dollop of freshly whipped cream on top.
